Hazard Involved:  Siemens AG has issued a safety related product recall involving the SIMATIC ET 200SP System, Model No. 6ES7 132-6FD00-0CU0 manufactured from February 9, 2018 - January 23, 2020. 

This recall is due to the creepage and clearance spacings not meeting the requirements of standards when used in altitudes between 2,000 and 3,000 meters. Dielectric testing at higher voltages has resulted in arcing, which when installed in a Division 2 or Zone 2 Hazardous Location can result in explosion. Modules manufactured after February 20, 2020 have the spacings on the PCB corrected and meet the requirements of the Nonincendive and Ordinary Location standards.
